High interest in the topical issues stated in the conference topics was expressed in the presence of scientists and teachers from the Great Britain, Singapore, the USA, Russia, Australia, Switzerland, Uzbekistan and other countries. The conference was addressed by leading experts and speakers, such as Pasi Sahlberg, a Finnish expert in education, a visiting professor at Harvard University; Gordon Neufeld, Director of the Neufeld Institute, head of the Department of Early Childhood and School of the Department of Education of the OECD (France); Yuri Belfali, coordinator of the large scale PISA and TALIS research; Oon Seng Tan, director of the National University of Education of Singapore; Assylbek Kozhakhmetov, President of the Almaty University of Management, Sayassat Nurbek, Managing Director of the International Financial Center Astana, and other world-class scientists and top managers in education.
The issues of the quality assessment of teaching and training as well as of international accreditation were discussed within the "Evaluation of the quality of education" section.
The "Ruhani Zhangyru" section was presenting social projects aimed at studying the history, culture and traditions, as well as modern achievments of Kazakhstan.
